Rent our 1974 Cessna 172M Skyhawk II
Once our checklist below is complete you can take off from MQI in Manteo and fly the scenic OBX coastline, or experience aviation history and land and takeoff from KFFA, First Flight Airstrip, where the Wright Brothers successfully flew the first manned aircraft. Meticulously maintained by our in house certified mechanic, OBXA provides our Cessna 172 as the perfect aircraft for your aviation rental needs.

Any renter must first do an hour long checkout ride with an instructor.
Checkout Ride: $240/hr ($175 for the plane and $65 for the instructor)
We require the following documentation:

Upon completion and approval the plane is available for rent
Rental: $175/hr wet (Full tank of gas)
